Job title: Supply Chain Specialist
Responsible for Supply Chain Management in KSA, including Imports/Exports, Customs Operations, Logistics & Transportation Coordination, Demand Planning, and support for RSA.
Your Role
- Manage customs and export control processes for KSA & RSA, ensuring compliance and timely declarations.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
- Support demand planning through data analysis, forecasting, and alignment of demand and supply.
- Maintain trade compliance expertise, SAP master data, export classifications, and documentation.
- Audit service providers, ensure adherence to processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, brokers, and local authorities to support business needs.
- Contribute to PDCA cycles, KPI tracking, and operational improvements.
You'Re The Right Fit If
- Experience
- 4+ years in Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, Export/Import operations in KSA.
- Experience in META markets and Demand Planning.
- Background in logistics, transportation, and distribution.
- Skills
- Supply Chain Management, Trade Compliance, ERP systems.
- Forecasting, RCA, data analysis.
- Transport planning, customs documentation, risk management.
- KPI, cost, and process improvement capabilities.
- Education
- Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, Customs Administration, or equivalent vocational education.
- Additional
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
- Motivation to grow across META and expand into other ISC/IWD functions.
- Strong alignment with Philips culture.
