Responsibilities
- Handle product registration and brand licensing across GCC markets
- Own compliance documentation, technical files, and certifications
- Place and manage production orders from planning through delivery
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and timelines directly with suppliers
- Coordinate end to end shipping across suppliers and logistics partners
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance
- Build and maintain supplier relationships
- Identify and implement innovations to improve quality, reduce costs, or speed up processes
Requirements
- Experience in beauty supply chain, ideally within a startup or brand
- In depth knowledge of GCC regulatory requirements and product registrations across Kuwait, UAE, KSA, or Egypt
- Comfortable negotiating with suppliers and following up until completion
- Understanding of beauty logistics in the Middle East
- Proactive and able to identify and fill gaps without direction
- Experience with Sahel or regional trade platforms is a plus

What You'll Own

- Stay ahead of regulatory changes and keep the business compliant.
- Place and manage production orders from planning through to delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and timelines directly with suppliers.
- Keep quality control tight and delivery schedules on track.
- Build supplier relationships that hold up under pressure.
- Coordinate end to end shipping across suppliers and logistics partners.
- Solve problems before they become delays.
- Keep an eye on new ingredients, packaging formats, and manufacturing methods.
- Bring in innovations that improve quality, cut costs, or speed things up.
- Help build processes that will scale as the business grows.
Who We're Looking For
- You've worked in beauty supply chain — ideally inside a start up or a brand that was building.
- You know GCC regulatory requirements inside out and have handled product registrations across Kuwait, UAE, KSA, or Egypt.
- You're comfortable talking to suppliers, negotiating hard, and following up until things are done.
- You understand beauty logistics in the Middle East — the quirks, the timelines, the paperwork.
- You don't wait to be told what to do. You see the gap and fill it.
- Experience with Sahel or regional trade platforms is a plus.
