Role Description
Supports daily supplier operations and coordination between suppliers and internal business teams.
The role covers supplier communication, order coordination, documentation, data maintenance, and operational follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate supplier requests and process order-related updates.
- Follow up on confirmations, product availability, quantities, pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor outstanding supplier activities and communicate updates to procurement, purchasing, inventory, logistics, and operations teams.
- Support supplier onboarding by collecting required documents and maintaining supplier profiles.
- Update product information, commercial details, and operational requirements.
- Prepare supplier reports, organize documents, track open issues, and monitor order and delivery status.
- Assist with discrepancies and order changes.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, warehouse, logistics, quality, and operations teams.
- Identify recurring issues, maintain accurate supplier data, and support process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in supply chain management, procurement, purchasing, business administration, logistics, operations, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of supplier operations, procurement, purchasing, order management, and supply chain processes.
