Role Description
Support daily supplier operations and coordinate activities between suppliers and internal teams.
Assist with supplier communications, order coordination, documentation, data maintenance, and operational follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate supplier requests and maintain accurate supplier information.
- Process order details and follow up on confirmations, availability, quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor outstanding supplier activities and communicate information to procurement, purchasing, inventory, logistics, and operations teams.
- Support supplier onboarding by collecting documents, maintaining records, and assisting with updates to agreements and product information.
- Prepare reports, track issues, check supporting documents, monitor order and delivery status, and assist with discrepancies.
- Work with procurement, purchasing, finance, warehouse, logistics, quality, and other relevant functions.
- Identify recurring issues, maintain accurate data, and support consistent supplier procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of supplier operations, procurement, purchasing, order management, and supply chain processes.
