Role Description
Support end-to-end customer order processing to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient fulfillment.
The role covers order entry, verification, inventory coordination, shipment preparation, delivery tracking, and fulfillment follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Review orders and verify product information, quantities, pricing, inventory availability, shipping details, and special requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, warehouse, inventory, logistics, purchasing, and other teams.
- Monitor open orders, fulfillment status, shipment progress, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on backorders, delays, shortages, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and discrepancies.
- Communicate fulfillment updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare packing lists, shipping labels, invoices, delivery records, and system updates.
- Assist with inventory checks, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate order and stock records.
- Identify recurring issues, support standardized workflows, and improve fulfillment efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of order management, fulfillment, inventory, warehousing, shipping, and delivery processes.
