About the Role
ADNOC Logistics & Services seeks a Supervisor for Marine Operations (Aids to Navigation) in Abu Dhabi. The role plans, supervises, and coordinates maintenance of tanker terminals, ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day tanker berths operational issues
- Review daily performance reports and recommend corrective actions
- Supervise and follow up preventive maintenance schedule to ensure readiness of tanker berths
- Monitor tanker berth spare parts and issue requisitions
- Lead and supervise execution of hoses replacement campaign
- Supervise diving team and diving support vessel
- Detect and identify limitations or work overloads due to lack of resources
- Participate in development of scope of works and technical specs for marine units
- Ensure HSE policy, procedures, regulations and objectives are effectively implemented
- Provide supervision, training, and development activities for new personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Certification / Maritime Studies
- Minimum 5 years in relevant field of activities preferably in marine industry
- Knowledge of Marine international Rules (STCW, ISM, ISO)

- Ensure safety, integrity of tanker terminal in accordance with approved standards.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, port regulations, and HSE compliance.
Job Specific Accountabilities Part 1
- Supervise day to day tanker berths operational issues.
- Review daily performance reports and recognize deviations.
- Supervise and follow up preventive maintenance schedule.
- Monitor tanker berth spare parts and issue requisitions.
- Lead and supervise execution of hoses replacement campaign.
- Supervise diving team and diving support vessel.
- Detect and identify limitations or work overloads.
- Interact with team leader, section head, contractor's personnel to resolve conflicts.
Job Specific Accountabilities Part 2
- Participate in development of scope of works and technical specs for marine units.
- Carry out duties in line with company policies and procedures.
- Provide supervision, training, and development activities for new personnel.
- Ensure conduct of toolbox talks prior to work.
- Ensure HSE policy, procedures, regulations and objectives are effectively implemented.
- Support and follow up development and training of UAE Nationals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Certification / Maritime Studies.
- Minimum 5 years in relevant field of activities preferably in marine industry.
- Knowledge of Marine international Rules (STCW, ISM, ISO).
