- Maintain a calendar of financial and regulatory communications obligations
- Draft materials to support financial and regulatory communication obligations
- Work with a network of L&S business as well as finance, corporate communications and legal functional colleagues to align and secure approval of draft materials
- Manage the release of approved materials to external stakeholders, including the media
- Work with IR to manage quarterly and annual earning calls and answering questions from the media
- Ensure alignment with broader internal audiences, as appropriate
- Identify ongoing reputation risks and opportunities and escalate where necessary
- Support senior leaders ahead of external engagements
- Manage agency support when it is required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other relevant degree
- 5 years of experience in corporate communications, strategy, or public relations
- At least 2 3 years of increasing managerial responsibilities
- Experience in oil & gas industry and finance sector
- Demonstrate understanding of the entire oil & gas value chain
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of content creation
- Strong collaboration skills and experience in working across multiple business areas
- Demonstrate high level of external networks and stakeholder management
- Demonstrate experience in dealing with C suite stakeholders

Job Purpose
- This role is responsible for the day to day management and execution of financial and regulatory communications activities to ensure all reporting obligations for ADNOC L&S as a listed entity are fulfilled.
- Managing reputational risks and ensuring positioning opportunities are maximised are also part of the remit.
- Reporting obligations include quarterly and annual earnings announcements and management presentations; regulatory announcements relating to the AGM and the release of material information and ad hoc company updates; and the release and positioning of corporate reports including the Annual Report, S
- This role is suited to someone with a background in corporate or financial communications with experience in internal and external stakeholder and media relations, ideally at a listed entity.

Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other relevant degree
- 5 years of experience in corporate communications, strategy, public relations, including at least 2 3 years of increasing managerial responsibilities.
- Experience in the oil & gas industry and finance sector is a must.
- Demonstrate understanding of the entire oil & gas value chain, preferably with real work experience across several business areas
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of content creation, and how to create external awareness and promotion of business critical issues
- Strong collaboration skills and experience in working across multiple business areas
- Demonstrate high level of external networks and stakeholder management
- Demonstrate experience in dealing with C suite stakeholders
