Technical Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, inspect, and perform preventive maintenance on tools, appliances, equipment, and machines.
- Calibrate controls, gauges, and meters and operate shut-off valves.
- Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies and maintain inventory and purchase order logs.
- Complete life-safety checklists, fire-pump tests, and generator tests.
- Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
- Assist with disaster response protocols and respond to guest repair requests.
