Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of fresh breads (Baker)
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat cuts to customer specifications (Butcher)
- Clean, cut, fillet, and prepare seafood (Fishmonger)
- Assist chefs with food preparation and cooking (Commis Chef)
- Greet customers, take orders, and prepare coffee and food items (Barista)
- Provide administrative support, handle paperwork and stock requests (Admin)
- Handle customer transactions including cash, cards, vouchers (Cashier)
- Scan supplier barcodes, verify deliveries, and document shortages (Receiver)
- Stock products, maintain displays, and rotate stock using FIFO (Stocker)

Available Vacancies
- Baker: Prepare and bake a variety of fresh breads, including Arabic, French, and Portuguese types.
- Butcher: Cut, trim, and prepare various meat cuts to customer specifications.
- Fishmonger: Clean, cut, fillet, and prepare various types of seafood.
- Commis Chef: Support the kitchen by assisting chefs with food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Barista: Greet customers, take and prepare orders for coffee and food items.
- Admin: Provide administrative support, handle paperwork, office procedures, and goods ordering.
- Cashier: Handle all customer transactions including cash, cards, vouchers, and foreign currency.
- Receiver: Ensure accurate scanning of supplier barcodes, conduct blind and manual checks on deliveries.
- Stocker (Fruits & Vegetables / FMCG): Ensure products are properly stocked, cleanly displayed, and rotated in accordance with FIFO principles.
