- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for the company's products.
- Manage sales operations, regularly monitor day to day operations, including checks on prospective clients, negotiations and the design of competitive sales packages.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed of competitors' activities, market trends, and consumer needs.
- Coordinate with the category team to ensure effective product placement and promotion.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability in all relevant outlets.
- Promote company products to new and existing clients and secure new and repeat business by networking at various sales and corporate events.
- Implement promotional activities and ensure in store fundamentals are executed as per each brand guidelines.
- Adhere to journey plans and coverage plan and ensure customers are maintained for steady growth.
- Identify opportunities to increase SOS (share of shelf) and brand visibility at the store level.
- Handle market returns efficiently and manage to reduce wastages to the required level.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables from clients.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of sales principles, including account management, relationship building, and sales strategy.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data.
- Good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
