About the Role
We are seeking an Ecommerce Manager/Senior Manager to own the full 360-degree P&L, strategy, and operational excellence of digital platforms. The role integrates buying, performance marketing, operations, and customer experience to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
- Full P&L ownership for top line revenue and bottom line EBIT for all assigned platforms
- Plan budget and monthly rolling forecasts, ensuring marketing spend, operational costs, and inventory investments align with growth targets
- Partner with Buying & Merchandising teams to influence seasonal range selection and OTB plans
- Lead the digital and commercial calendar, orchestrating high impact promotional events and brand moments across all digital touchpoints
- Direct the growth team to ensure ROAS, CR, and sessions targets are met
- Take ownership of the fulfillment ecosystem, working with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize click to deliver times and reduce return rates
- Drive the technology roadmap for ecommerce platforms, ensuring a frictionless, mobile first journey
- Own customer retention and loyalty metrics, ensuring post purchase experience reinforces brand equity and drives repeat purchases
- Bridge the gap between digital and physical retail, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience

Role Summary

Key Success Drivers including Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- P&L Ownership: Full accountability for the top line revenue and bottom line EBIT for all assigned platforms.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Plan budget and monthly rolling forecasts, ensuring marketing spend, operational costs, and inventory investments align with growth targets.
- Strategic Buying Involvement: Partner with the Buying & Merchandising teams to influence seasonal range selection and OTB (Open to Buy) plans, ensuring the product mix is optimized for digital demand and regional market trends.
- Trade and Digital Marketing Planning: Lead the digital and commercial calendar, orchestrating high impact promotional events and brand moments across all digital touchpoints.
- Performance Marketing Oversight: Direct the growth team to ensure ROAS, CR, and sessions targets are met. You own the bridge between marketing traffic and commercial conversion.
- End to End Operations: Take ownership of the fulfillment ecosystem, working with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize "click to deliver" times and reduce return rates.
- Technology & UX: Drive the technology roadmap for your ecommerce platforms, ensuring a frictionless, mobile first journey that maximizes UPT (Units Per Transaction) and AOV (Average Order Value).
- Customer Lifecycle: Own the customer retention and loyalty metrics, ensuring the post purchase experience reinforces brand equity and drives repeat purchases.
- Omnichannel Integration: Bridge the gap between digital and physical retail, ensuring a seamless "One Brand" experience for the customer.
