Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Automate creation of data heavy customer facing content via AI prompting.
- Drive shift from rule based logic to generative AI workflows.
- Collaborate with post sales teams to understand enterprise customer needs.
- Design scalable solutions for diverse customer profiles.
- Analyze usage trends and program performance.
- Work with cross functional teams for continuous improvement.
Minimum Required Skills and Abilities
- AI and automation mindset.
- Proven ability to craft insights out of data.
- Strong understanding of enterprise customer needs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Gainsight, Pendo, Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake.
- Experience with prompt engineering.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Prior experience managing digital success programs or automating insights.
- Experience in building enterprise SaaS adoption programs desired.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
- Knowledge in identity, security, access management.
Compensation
- Annual OTE range for Canada: CAD 117,000 CAD 160,600.
- Includes base salary, incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
