About the Role
Okta is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for Agentic Security within the Auth0 Identity Security product line. This role requires hands-on experience in agentic security product management, including AI agent creation, orchestration, and runtime security.

Responsibilities
- Define and champion a clear product strategy and roadmap, utilizing data driven prioritization methods
- Drive customer research (surveys, interviews, data analysis) to identify top opportunities and optimize customer journey
- Partner with Product Design on prototypes, wireframes, and concepts to improve usability of UI and APIs
- Maintain active, daily collaboration with engineering teams, write user stories, scope work for sprints, and participate in Agile cadences
- Drive continuous data analysis and insights into customer adoption, establish hypotheses and baselines, track progress
- Partner closely with Product Marketing to run targeted customer campaigns to drive trial conversions and PLG motions
- Proactively monitor competitive landscape, partner with Product Marketing and pre sales engineering to refine positioning and messaging
- Actively engage with field organization (Sales, Solutions Engineering, TAMs) to build voice of customer knowledge
- Drive efficiency by leveraging AI tools for prototyping, synthesizing insights, and generating product documentation
Requirements
- Significant product experience with AI Agent creation, orchestration and the use of MCP servers
- Strong command of the OWASP Top 10 for Agentic AI and experience identifying, triaging, and driving remediation of agentic threats
- 5 8 years of experience in Product Management from startup or high growth company environments
- Undergraduate and/or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related technical field
- Prior working experience in the security, fraud or compliance industries with foundational knowledge of IAM/CIAM concepts
- Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written) and a highly collaborative approach
- Demonstrated experience in delivery of global, enterprise software across all aspects of the product lifecycle
- Clear history of being outcome driven and achieving tangible business results through product delivery
- Keen analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Deep experience working successfully with engineering teams in an Agile development environment

- This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, cross functional leadership, and agile execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and champion a clear product strategy and roadmap, utilizing data driven prioritization methods.
- Customer Experience: Drive customer research (surveys, interviews, data analysis) to identify top opportunities and optimize the end to end customer journey.
