About the Role

- Define the platform vision and own the roadmap for key infrastructure components
- Enhance cloud infrastructure and resilience including Geo HA failover, AWS PrivateLink, and service only failovers
- Lead infrastructure strategy for Model Context Protocol (MCP) enablement for AI agents
- Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Go To Market teams to deliver robust infrastructure features
- Design and implement intelligent multi dimensional rate limiting strategies
- Ensure infrastructure features align with security frameworks and compliance standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with significant portion managing highly technical backend/infrastructure products at an enterprise SaaS company
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and modern infrastructure concepts
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), agentic workflows, and securing machine to machine communications
- Proven ability to engage with engineering teams on complex topics such as data streaming, API gateways, rate limiting algorithms, and HA database failovers
- Strong data driven approach to product management with experience defining and tracking operational metrics and SLAs
- Ability to translate complex infrastructure capabilities into compelling customer value propositions
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and lead cross functional initiatives

- You will own the vision, strategy, and execution for critical platform components including intelligent rate limiting, high volume streaming data architectures, and overall cloud resilience.
What You’ll Do
- Define the Platform Vision: Own the roadmap and strategic direction for key infrastructure components.
- Enhance Cloud Infrastructure & Resilience: Champion initiatives related to cloud architecture, including Geo HA failover mechanisms, AWS PrivateLink implementations, and service only failovers.
- Scale AI Agent Identity & MCP: Lead the infrastructure strategy for Model Context Protocol (MCP) enablement.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Go To Market teams.
- Master Rate Limiting & Scale: Design and implement intelligent, multi dimensional rate limiting strategies.

What You Bring

Compensation
- Annual base salary range for Canada: CAD 146,000 CAD 200,200
- Eligible for equity, bonus, and benefits including health, dental, vision, RRSP match, and paid leave.
