Responsibilities
- Do hands on research and prototyping of identity and tenancy solutions
- Deeply embed in B2B software development to understand multi tenant SaaS pain points
- Own product lifecycle for B2B mass management tooling
- Architect roadmap for schema driven operations and structured tenant metadata
- Work with engineering and design to build actionable requirements and APIs
- Build roadmaps and compelling business cases articulating product direction and financial strategy
- Follow Product Delivery Lifecycle to drive complete vision while upholding security and design standards
Requirements
- 5 years of experience leading as a Product Manager or Team Lead in Engineering
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering Bootcamp completion
- Experience developing on or working within Multi tenant SaaS applications
- Deep understanding of Identity and Directory Protocols including OAuth, SAML, and SCIM
- Experience designing APIs and detailed specifications for engineering execution
- Practical experience with data analysis tools (SQL/BI Tools)
- Ability to use modern AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes (preferred)
- Hands on experience with agile development tools like Jira and Confluence (preferred)
- Strong human/people skills for deep dive customer interviews (preferred)
- Direct experience building B2B tenancy infrastructure, entitlement engines, or configuration schema systems (preferred)
- Experience using third party licensing and entitlement tools (preferred)

Position Description

- This role will help shape the next generation of Tenancy as a Service (TaaS) offering.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Do hands on research and prototyping of identity and tenancy solutions.
- Deeply embed in B2B software development to understand multi tenant SaaS pain points.
- Own product lifecycle for B2B mass management tooling.
- Architect roadmap for schema driven operations and structured tenant metadata.
- Work with engineering and design to build actionable requirements and APIs.
- Build roadmaps and compelling business cases.
- Follow PDLC to drive complete vision while upholding security and design standards.
Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Team Lead in Engineering.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering Bootcamp.
- Experience with Multi tenant SaaS applications.
- Deep understanding of OAuth, SAML, and SCIM.
- Experience designing APIs and detailed specifications.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.

- Ability to travel within US or Canada.
Salary Range
- Annual base salary range for Canada: CAD 173,000 CAD 237,600.
