About the Role
Okta's Auth0 is hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager to support the Product Leadership team. You will lead cross-functional projects, develop learning programs, manage tooling, and leverage AI for workflow automation.

- Lead cross functional projects, providing program management for major product initiatives
- Partner with workstream owners to maintain alignment, ensure on time delivery, and proactively address blockers
- Develop and maintain onboarding and continuous learning programs for the Product organization
- Embed product principles, facilitate ongoing education, and utilize feedback to ensure content relevance
- Optimize internal knowledge bases for frictionless team experience
- Drive product communications within Auth0 organization and with partners (newsletters, team meetings, all hands)
- Foster operational excellence for rhythms and processes; build internal documentation, enablement decks, and video assets
- Track, analyze, and optimize Product Ops programs by defining performance metrics and implementing process improvements
- Own administration and governance of core product tooling, including procurement, maintenance, and access controls
- Proactively leverage modern AI tooling and LLMs to automate repetitive administrative tasks and streamline processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or related function in a fast paced, cross functional environment
- Hands on experience with SaaS product tools (e.g., Jira, Pendo, Heap, or comparable AI and analytics platforms)
- Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills with extraordinary attention to detail and follow through
- Demonstrated ability to utilize AI platforms to build automated processes, conduct rapid data analysis, and refine operational workflows
- Proven success managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously with ability to prioritize effectively
- Strong command of collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Confluence, Google, Lucid Chart, Slack)
- Highly analytical and process oriented, with a knack for identifying inefficiencies and building scalable systems
- Deep empathy for global teams and customers, and track record of bridging business needs with product realities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex topics for diverse audiences

THE OPPORTUNITY
- Auth0 is hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager to report to the Chief of Staff and Head of Operations, Auth0 Product.
- This individual provides operational, logistical, and project related support to the Chief of Staff and Auth0 Product Leadership team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Program & Project Management: Lead cross functional projects and partner with workstream owners.

QUALIFICATIONS

Total Rewards
- Annual base salary range for Canada: CAD 124,000 CAD 171,000.
