Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly revenue reporting and invoicing workflows for Shops merchants
- Ensure data integrity by reconciling revenue across internal finance and product systems
- Execute issuance of accurate invoices based on specific merchant commercial terms
- Distribute comprehensive transaction reports to provide merchants with clear financial insights
- Lead communication as main point of contact for billing and payment inquiries
- Handle investigation and resolution of billing discrepancies or merchant disputes
- Maintain pulse on payment status and follow up on overdue accounts
- Leverage SQL and data tools to analyze transaction sets and troubleshoot technical issues
- Drive process improvements for invoicing, workflows, documentation, and team training
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to solve root causes and improve outcomes
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Experience in merchant support, preferably in a fintech or marketing environment
- Analytical skills and confidence working with data, including Google Sheets/MS Excel and SQL
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple merchants, deadlines, and follow ups simultaneously

About The Role

- We’re looking for a detail oriented, data driven Subject Matter Expert to own invoicing and payments for our Shops merchants.
- You’ll sit at the intersection of Operations, Finance, and Support and run monthly revenue reports, issue invoices, share transaction reports with merchants, and track payments.
What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Need
