About The Role

  • We're looking for a Demand Generation manager to oversee the enterprise pipeline generation strategy and execution for Revolut Business globally.
  • You'll define the vision, scope, and structure of the function, focusing on delivering a measurable, qualified pipeline and accelerating revenue growth for enterprise companies through ABM campaigns, field events, and regional activations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and owning the global account based marketing strategy, setting clear goals for pipeline creation, acquisition, and customer expansion.
  • Leading ABM and partner led programmes, LinkedIn campaigns, and targeted, owned industry events.
  • Designing, launching, and optimising integrated, multi channel campaigns to increase MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline velocity, ensuring alignment with the Sales team.
  • Implementing a data driven strategy for digital, paid media, ABM, email, webinars, and events to improve conversion rates and campaign ROI, without a traditional marketing automation platform.
  • Partnering with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on ICP, lead scoring, and SLA processes.
  • Enhancing outbound strategy, including messaging, content, and follow up flows.
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Operations leaders to build a roadmap for a new marketing automation platform, and continuously optimising MQL/SQL scoring frameworks.
  • Guiding partnerships with Brand and Creative teams on content creation for ABM.
  • Owning KPIs for demand generation, ensuring targeting, lead scoring, and funnel mechanics are optimised for conversion and scale.
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI for executive stakeholders.

What You'll Need

  • 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with 4+ years of hands on experience running ABM campaigns.
  • Proven success driving enterprise pipeline growth in fintech, SaaS, or ecommerce, ideally in both PLG and sales assisted environments.
  • A solid understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring models, and funnel optimisation in startup environments.
  • Expertise in marketing and sales tech stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, attribution platforms, intent data tools/Demandbase/6Sense, and Tableau/Looker).
  • A proven track record of executing multi channel, global or multi geo demand gen campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • An analytical mindset with experience building and interpreting dashboards, reports, and campaign insights.
