Job Summary
The Student Support Executive assists students with admissions, enrollment, academic queries, documentation, and general support to ensure a smooth student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Assist students with admissions, enrollment, course registration, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
- Follow up on pending documents, payments, and attendance.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve student issues.
- Support students in using learning platforms and student portals.
- Monitor attendance and escalate concerns when required.
- Assist with orientations, examinations, workshops, and student events.
- Handle student concerns professionally and maintain positive relationships.
- Prepare basic reports and perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in student support, customer service, administration, or a related field is required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required.
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience
