- Monitor overdue accounts and implement effective collection strategies
- Coordinate with internal departments for payment updates and account reconciliation
- Prepare collection reports and share progress updates with management
- Handle customer concerns related to payments professionally and efficiently
- Ensure collection targets and deadlines are achieved
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Collections Officer, Collections Executive, or similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow up skills
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting

Job Description
- We are looking for a proactive and target driven Collections Officer to manage outstanding payment follow ups, customer communication, and recovery of pending dues.

Requirements

- Candidates with prior experience are preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow up skills.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
- Target oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Candidates currently on a sponsored visa will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,500 AED 4,000 per month
