- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk in inquiries
- Conduct follow ups with leads and convert them into confirmed admissions
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate student data
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to enhance conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and enrollment strategies
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or sales
