Requirements
- Bachelor’s of Arts Degree or Bachelors of Science Degree
- 7+ years of Sales Strategy, Planning, and Operations experience with track record of overachieving goals in large tech companies
- 3+ years leading teams (direct or matrixed)
- 3+ years of management consultancy experience (preferred)
- Experience leading SW renewal sales, business development, or operations teams (preferred)
- Skilled in crafting executive level presentations and creative storylines
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Understanding of Cisco’s product portfolio for security

Your Impact
- We are seeking a dynamic leader to lead Software Renewals Strategy and Planning.
- This position reports to the Director of Worldwide Software Renewals Strategy and Planning.
- Role involves leading strategic direction, long term planning, market analysis, and metric setting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s of Arts Degree or Bachelors of Science Degree.
- 7+ years of Sales Strategy, Planning, and Operations experience with track record of overachieving goals in large tech companies.
- 3+ years leading teams (direct or matrixed).
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of management consultancy experience.
- Experience leading SW renewal sales, business development, or operations teams.
- Skilled in crafting executive level presentations and creative storylines.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Actively listens and influences perspectives.
- Persuades using facts and reason.
- Delivers concise and effective messages through emails, slides, and memos.
- Understanding of Cisco’s product portfolio for security.
Salary Range
- CAD 142,900.00 to CAD 189,100.00 for new hires in U.S. and/or Canada locations.
- Individual pay determined by location, market conditions, skills, experience, etc.
