Responsibilities
- Structure ambiguous business problems, develop strategic plans, and lead initiatives from opportunity identification through execution and measurement
- Conduct data driven analysis including Excel modeling, scenario analysis, KPI development, and business performance analysis
- Synthesize complex information into concise, decision oriented narratives, presentations, and recommendations for senior executives
- Influence and drive outcomes across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Operations in a global, matrixed organization
- Support development of Long Range and Annual Strategic growth plans
Requirements
- 7 years of Sales Strategy, Planning, and Operations or experience with track record of overachieving goals in large tech companies
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Finance, technology or engineering
- Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and develop strategic plans
- Strong capabilities in Excel modeling, scenario analysis, KPI development, and business performance analysis
- Understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, subscription, renewals, customer retention, and attrition drivers
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise, decision oriented narratives for senior executives
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Operations in a global, matrixed organization
- Experience with business intelligence tools and SQL is a plus

Your Impact

Minimum Qualifications
- 7 years of Sales Strategy, Planning, and Operations or experience with track record of overachieving goals in large tech companies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Finance, technology or engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Planning, or BizOps role in large tech company.
- Exposure to B2B enterprise hardware & software, SaaS, or platform business models.
- Experience in supporting development of Long Range and Annual Strategic growth plans.
- Outstanding communication skills, including written, verbal, and visual.
- Experience in framing & structuring business problems, prioritizing efforts, conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Fact based and hands on with data and analysis; able to independently lead Excel modeling, scenario analysis, and KPI development.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
