Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of job related experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Expert knowledge of AI, BI tools, and building dashboards
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with Oracle Financials
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders

About the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Strategy & Planning Specialist to join our team at Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC).
- You will support strategic planning and operational decision making for our catering facility.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of strategic plans for the catering facility.
- Work closely with senior management to evaluate new opportunities, challenges, and industry trends.
- Provide market research and operational data insights to aid decision making.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and performance dashboards focused on efficiency, cost control, and service quality.
- Utilize BI tools, AI, and analytics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
