- Identify and prioritize Mintlayer's highest value strategic partnership opportunities: custodians, regulated exchanges, prime brokers, and institutional technology providers
- Own complex multi party negotiations for strategic agreements
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional infrastructure counterparties at senior and C level
- Develop co investment partnership structures for Interest.One with the Head of Capital Strategy
- Coordinate with the Head of Legal on agreement structures for all strategic partnerships
- Report to the CEO on strategic partnership pipeline and deal stage
- Represent Mintlayer at institutional infrastructure conferences
Requirements
- 8+ years partnerships or BD at director level in financial services or crypto
- Relationships across institutional crypto infrastructure: custody, prime brokerage, exchanges
- Experience structuring complex multi party agreements
- Board level communication and relationship management skills
