About the Role
Mintlayer is seeking three Portfolio Managers for distinct Bitcoin yield strategy mandates within Interest.One. Each manager will own portfolio construction and execution for BTC-secured lending, options, or on-chain yield.

Responsibilities
- Own portfolio construction and execution within an assigned BTC yield strategy mandate
- Manage positions within defined risk parameters: position limits, counterparty exposure caps, and drawdown triggers
- Produce investment memoranda for new positions and strategy adjustments
- Monitor portfolio performance metrics daily and produce regular performance attribution reports
- Conduct counterparty due diligence on lending partners, DeFi protocols, and OTC trading counterparties
- Contribute to fund risk framework development
- Research and evaluate new yield strategy opportunities as the Bitcoin ecosystem evolves
Requirements
- 3+ years portfolio management or trading in digital assets
- Deep understanding of Bitcoin yield mechanics: lending, options, on chain DeFi
- Risk management framework experience
- CFA or CAIA preferred but not mandatory

What You Will Own

What You Bring
