- Own the post sale delivery lifecycle for all MWS institutional client deployments
- Manage client expectations through transparent communication on timelines, scope changes, and technical dependencies
- Coordinate internal teams on client delivery milestones
- Build and maintain the MWS client delivery playbook
- Monitor client health post launch: usage metrics, support ticket patterns, and relationship risk indicators
- Escalate material delivery risks before they become client issues
- Build and manage the client delivery team as MWS scales
Requirements
- 7+ years client delivery, professional services, or implementation in enterprise fintech
- Experience managing complex multi stakeholder institutional deployments
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management methodology
- Manages both client expectations and internal engineering timelines without losing either

What You Will Own

What You Bring
- 7+ years client delivery, professional services, or implementation in enterprise fintech
