You’ll combine creativity and intellectual excellence with the organizational skills to manage various campaigns, projects and initiatives.
In this role, you’ll advocate for Google to bring external perspectives back into the company to inform our perception and direction.
You're passionate about the opportunity to shape the future of how we use and build technology for everyone.
In this role, you will help our executive messages land critical policy narratives in EMEA.
We externalize those narratives via channels, including our executives at global and regional convenings, meetings, Google and government hosted events to scale our reach, impact, and influence with Key Opinion Formers.
You will support executive level visits in the region, leading executive planning and working with cross-functional teams to plan for key moments.
You will be the glue between regional work and global plans.
The role requires regular progress reporting and air traffic control while also proactively sharing best practices and resources with the regional team.
You will evaluate requests, ensure discipline around level and Return on Investment, planning for trips, preparing materials and ensuring well prepped teams and executives all while managing stakeholders.
You will manage the schedule while in the region and execute on logistics.
You will lead executive follow up including readouts, impact reporting, thank you notes and debriefs to drive continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- --------------------
- Partner strategically, planning for and executing engagements between executives and government officials in-region and collaborating on cross-functional workstreams.
- Convene stakeholder kickoff calls to define trip objectives, meeting goals, and cross-trip themes.
- Advocate team workflows, including briefing templates and demonstration resources, as a strategic ambassador.
- Support the wider Engagement team work including narratives and case studies, and amplification levers to help opportunity spot for colleagues. Serve as a hub, elevating resources, like Artificial Intelligence tools, to help people prepare materials.
