About the Role
Google seeks a Group Product Manager for Google Play to lead a cross-functional team in prototyping, building, and launching new gaming experiences. You will be accountable from concept to launch and scaling, architecting global product strategy.

- Lead a focused cross functional team in quickly prototyping, testing, building, and launching a brand new experience for gamers
- Be the single point of accountability from concept to launch, landing, and scaling
- Lead with urgency through deep technical and cross functional ambiguity with positivity
- Architect a global product strategy and influence executives and stakeholders around it
- Orchestrate global impact and own syncs to drive delivery, spanning time zones
- Use and advocate for the latest tools, processes, and culture for the team’s speed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
- Experience with AI tools or product development (preferred)
- Experience in gaming, game design, or the gaming industry (preferred)
- Experience in multi sided marketplaces, user and developer services (preferred)
- Experience building and scaling global consumer products (preferred)
- Excellent narrative, storytelling, internal and external communications skills (preferred)

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools or product development.
- Experience in gaming, game design, or the gaming industry.
- Experience with working in multi sided marketplaces, user and developer services.
- Experience in building and scaling global consumer products.
- Excellent narrative, storytelling, internal and external communications skills.
