Role Overview

  • Cohesity is recruiting for a Strategic Alliance Manager to manage our HPE relationships across the MEA and India.

How You'll Spend Your Time Here

  • Build and manage senior relationships across HPE sales, storage, GreenLake, and partner leadership.
  • Drive joint business planning with HPE regional leadership to grow pipeline and revenue.
  • Align HPE account teams and internal sales teams on strategic opportunities.
  • Coordinate top strategic deals between HPE and internal sales teams.
  • Lead account mapping with HPE sellers to identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Drive joint pipeline creation and deal progression.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional HPE and company executives.
  • Run regular executive cadence meetings, QBRs, and pipeline reviews.
  • Provide strategic updates on major opportunities and alliance performance.
  • Work across sales, marketing, technical, and partner teams to execute joint initiatives.
  • Coordinate enablement and messaging for HPE sellers on joint solutions.
  • Mentor junior alliance resources supporting the partnership.

We'd Love to Talk to You If You Have Many of the Following

  • 7+ years experience in alliances, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Direct experience working with HPE or within the HPE ecosystem strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive joint pipeline and strategic deals with HPE account teams.
  • Strong executive communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and broader GCC markets.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve productivity, organisation, and sales effectiveness.

HPE Ecosystem & Go to Market Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of HPE's portfolio, including HPE GreenLake, HPE Storage and Data Protection ecosystem, HPE Private Cloud / hybrid infrastructure, and HPE channel and distribution model.
  • Ability to position joint solutions with HPE infrastructure and services.

Regional Market Expertise

  • Understanding of HPE's key enterprise and public sector accounts in the region.
  • Ability to drive opportunities tied to regional initiatives such as Saudi local manufacturing and digital transformation programs.
  • Experience working with regional HPE partners, system integrators, and distributors.

Competitive Positioning

  • Ability to identify and drive competitive displacement opportunities, particularly around data protection and cyber resilience platforms.
  • Align with HPE sellers to pursue strategic takeouts and modernization initiatives.
