Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming construction materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all site materials
- Issue materials to site teams based on approved material requests
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of construction materials
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and stock reconciliations
- Maintain material tracking logs and delivery records
- Coordinate with suppliers and site engineers regarding deliveries
- Ensure compliance with company inventory procedures and HSE standards
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Monitor usage and minimize material wastage on site
- Handle documentation related to GRN, delivery notes, and material transfers
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Storekeeper in main contracting companies
- Experience in high rise tower construction projects is mandatory
- Knowledge of construction materials and inventory systems
- Familiarity with ERP/software inventory systems preferred
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure

Job Summary
