- Verify BOQs and identify discrepancies
- Prepare project budgets and cost plans
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets
- Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts
- Develop project procurement schedules aligned with construction programs
- Prepare RFQs and tender packages for materials and subcontractors
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual conditions
- Issue purchase orders and subcontract agreements
- Develop and maintain approved supplier databases
- Evaluate supplier performance and pricing
- Build strategic relationships with key suppliers
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in UAE construction projects
- Experience handling major procurement packages: Concrete, Reinforcement steel, Aluminium & glazing, Tiles/ceiling, Joinery, Marble & stone, Elevators, Waterproofing
- Should have UAE Construction Experience
