- Verify BOQs and identify discrepancies
- Prepare project budgets and cost plans

- Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts
- Develop procurement schedules aligned with construction programs
- Prepare RFQs and tender packages
- Evaluate quotations and negotiate prices
- Issue purchase orders and subcontract agreements
- Develop and maintain supplier databases
- Prepare procurement status and cost reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years experience in UAE construction projects
- Experience handling major procurement packages (concrete, steel, glazing, etc.)
- UAE construction experience required

Key Responsibilities
- Verify BOQs and identify discrepancies.

- Evaluate supplier performance and pricing.
- Build strategic relationships with key suppliers.
Requirements
- UAE Construction Experience required.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in UAE construction projects.
- Experience handling major procurement packages: Concrete, Reinforcement steel, Aluminium & glazing, Tiles/ceiling, Joinery, Marble & stone, Elevators, Waterproofing.
