- Supervise all daily site activities and manage workforce across different trades (civil, finishing, MEP, etc.)
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow
- Assign tasks to workers and monitor productivity and performance
- Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule
- Monitor site progress and report daily updates to management
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to required standards
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper utilization on site
- Identify and resolve site issues to avoid delays
- Manage labor attendance, discipline, and overall workforce control
Requirements
- 5–8 years of construction experience within the UAE
- Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple site activities
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site execution
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Basic English communication skills required (Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Summary

- The ideal candidate must have solid UAE construction experience with Highrise strong background, strong leadership skills, and the ability to control manpower, materials, and site activities efficiently.
