- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using the IDS system
- Issue materials and supplies to departments against approved requisitions
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when required
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock audits
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all items
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Coordinate with the Purchasing and Receiving departments
- Maintain store cleanliness and comply with hotel standards and procedures
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies or damages
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a hotel environment
- IDS knowledge is mandatory
- Hotel industry experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control procedures
- Good knowledge of store documentation and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field

Job Overview
