Job Summary

  • The Front Office Executive is responsible for delivering excellent guest service by handling check in and check out procedures, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries efficiently.
  • This role represents the first point of contact for guests and ensures a positive and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Perform check in and check out procedures accurately and efficiently
  • Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous manner
  • Ensure proper room allocation and coordination with housekeeping
  • Maintain accurate guest records and update the hotel management system
  • Handle cash, billing, and payment transactions correctly
  • Promote hotel services, facilities, and special offers
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and safety standards
  • Prepare daily front office reports and handover logs
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel front office operations
  • Familiarity with hotel software (IDS preferred)
  • Good knowledge of reservation and billing procedures
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
