Job Summary

  • The Office Boy/Girl is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the office, providing refreshments, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting smooth day to day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office premises, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to employees, management, and guests.
  • Ensure pantry supplies and office consumables are adequately stocked and replenished.
  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic administrative duties as required.
  • Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and correspondence within and outside the office when necessary.
  • Support office staff with routine tasks and errands.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues or shortages of office supplies.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for meetings and events.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management within the scope of the position.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Basic communication skills in English.
  • Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
  • Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing routine office support duties.
