- Coordinate with project teams for timely material issuance
- Enforce proper storage and safety procedures
- Assist with periodic stock counts and reporting
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in storekeeping in construction
- Familiarity with construction items, tools, and equipment
- Skills in Packing and Unloading
- Forklift Operation skills and experience with material handling equipment
- Knowledge of basic procurement and warehouse documentation (GRN, issue vouchers, stock reports) is an advantage
- Ability to follow safety standards and work collaboratively
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems and MS Office; familiarity with ERP or warehouse management software is desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Currently based in UAE
- Valid Driving License

Role Description
- The Storekeeper (Construction) role is a full time, on site position based in Abu Dhabi.
- Responsible for receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming materials, ensuring all items match delivery documentation and quality requirements.
- Daily tasks include organizing and packing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and monitoring stock levels to support construction activities.
- Coordinate with project teams for timely material issuance, enforcing proper storage and safety procedures, and assisting with periodic stock counts and reporting.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment and operate material handling equipment as required.
Qualifications
- Skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management.
- Minimum of 5 yrs relevant experience in storekeeping in construction.
- Familiar in construction items and tools even equipment's.
- Skills in Packing and Unloading.
- Forklift Operation skills and experience with other material handling equipment.
- Relevant experience as a storekeeper or warehouse assistant in construction or related industries is beneficial.
- Knowledge of basic procurement and warehouse documentation (GRN, issue vouchers, stock reports) is an advantage.
- Ability to follow safety standards, work collaboratively, and communicate clearly in English.
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems and MS Office; familiarity with ERP or warehouse management software is desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics, warehousing, or construction is an added benefit.
- Currently based in UAE.
- With valid Driving License.
