Responsibilities
- Manage all government related processes and documentation, including Abu Dhabi municipality, TAQA, ADCD and Etisalat and other regulatory approvals.
- Maintain regular communication with local government departments and public sector entities to ensure timely completion of submissions and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and update records, coordinate with internal departments for required information, follow up on applications, and address any government related issues that may affect operations.
- Monitor changes in government procedures, advise management on regulatory requirements, and maintain positive working relationships with key officials and agencies.
Requirements
- Strong Government Relations and Local Government knowledge, with practical experience handling official procedures (ABU DHABI municipality, TAQA, ADCD, and Etisalat) and documentation.
- Minimum 5 yrs relevant experience
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with government authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Sound Analytical Skills to interpret regulations, assess compliance requirements, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Understanding of Public Sector processes and protocols, especially within Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE regulatory environment.
- Proven experience in a PRO or similar government liaison role, preferably in construction or contracting.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and licensing regulations.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Proficiency in relevant office software and document management tools; fluency in English required, Arabic language skills highly beneficial.
- Currently based in UAE
- With valid driving license
- Able to attend personal interview.
