About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and budgets for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Monitor project costs, verify quantities, evaluate variations, prepare interim and final payment applications, and maintain accurate cost records.
- Support tender preparation, analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to maintain cost efficiency and support timely project delivery.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management for construction projects.
- With 3 yrs Relevant experience.
- Candidates should possess solid experience with BOQ preparation, measurement, and verification.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting, including budgeting and financial tracking.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of local building regulations, contracts, and procurement practices in the UAE.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Currently based in UAE.
- With valid Driving License.
- Able to attend personal Interview in UAE.
