Responsibilities
- Coordinate permits and approvals with relevant authorities
- Prepare and submit documentation for government approvals
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Maintain communication between project teams, clients, and government entities
- Support site mobilization and demobilization processes
- Assist with resolving regulatory issues affecting project timelines
- Update records and track application statuses
- Support site inspections
- Provide accurate information to stakeholders regarding legal and administrative requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in PRO or government liaison role, preferably in construction
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi municipality, TAQA, ADCD, and Etisalat procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Sound analytical skills
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and licensing regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in office software and document management tools
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills highly beneficial
- Currently based in UAE
- Valid driving license

Role Description
- Full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi handling public relations and government liaison for construction projects.

Qualifications
- Strong Government Relations and Local Government knowledge with experience handling official procedures (Abu Dhabi municipality, TAQA, ADCD, Etisalat).
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Effective communication skills, analytical skills, understanding of public sector processes.
- Proven experience in PRO or similar government liaison role, preferably in construction.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and licensing regulations.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in office software and document management tools; fluency in English required, Arabic beneficial.
- Currently based in UAE, valid driving license, able to attend personal interview.
