Resolute Dynamics is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper for inventory, material handling, stock records, and daily store operations.
The role is based in Dubai, UAE, with initial training at the company's Cochin office before possible relocation to Dubai based on business requirements.
Compensation
- Salary is based on previous experience.
Location and Employment
- The position is full-time and involves physical store and inventory operations in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store, inventory, and stock-control activities.
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials and equipment.
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders and related documents.
- Record receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments in Tally.
- Maintain stock records, conduct physical counts, and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and prepare inventory reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, operations, finance, and logistics.
- Maintain safe storage conditions, support audits, and follow company procedures.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory experience.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Tally for inventory management.
- Good knowledge of stock control and warehouse procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- ERP or inventory system experience is an advantage.
- Automotive, telematics, IoT, electronics, or spare parts experience is preferred.
- Good English communication, coordination, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
