Manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and optimize financial performance to support business growth.
Principal Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Manage cash flow, financial risks, and investment strategies.
- Lead financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial efficiency and support business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA, CFA, or MBA Finance is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make timely decisions, and solve problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience in financial management roles.
- Prior experience in risk management, investment analysis, and strategic financial planning.
- Experience with financial modeling, cost control, and corporate finance strategies.
- Prior experience at a startup or fast-growing company.
