About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support in delivering the store annual sales targets
- Assist in maintaining proper coverage and schedule for high customer service
- Conduct store operations audits to ensure compliance with policies
- Oversee after sales processes and ensure adherence to repair/return policies
- Ensure customer needs are met and complaints are resolved
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are achieved
- Ensure promotions and pricing are accurate
- Generate and analyze sales reports
- Submit daily invoices and sales recap to Finance
- Execute store operations including cash handling, inventory taking, and record keeping
- Maintain loss prevention standards
- Manage inventory including inbound movement, receiving, stocking, restocking, transfers, and discrepancies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 4 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a similar supervisory role in retail operations
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Industry expertise and product/category knowledge
- Customer orientation
- Proficiency in MS Office and Tools

About the Role
- The role holder is responsible for providing support in driving sales through the performance and development of the Store Sales team, and ensuring delivery of exceptional operational, commercial and customer service standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Supports in delivering the store annual sales targets

Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 4 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a similar supervisory role in retail operations
