About the role
Lead the store team in delivering strong customer service, product knowledge, and sales performance.
Manage store operations, staffing, customer experience, inventory, suppliers, and reporting.
Store operations and sales
- Schedule shifts, assign duties, organize meetings, and manage team calendars.
- Lead the team to meet sales targets and follow company standards.
- Develop marketing strategies and enforce operational systems, policies, procedures, and standards.
- Analyze market trends, consumer demand, sales forecasts, and competitor activity.
- Document sales and revenue for head office reporting.
People and customer experience
- Monitor customer service standards and staff performance.
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
