Role Overview
The Store Manager leads the store team, provides high-quality customer service and product knowledge, and maximizes sales.
The role oversees daily store operations, team performance, inventory, suppliers, budgets, customer service, and store setup.
Core Responsibilities
- Schedule shifts, assign duties, organize meetings, and manage team calendars.
- Lead the team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to improve sales and store performance.
- Establish systems, policies, procedures, and standards for consistent operations.
- Analyze market trends, consumer demand, sales forecasts, and competitor activity.
- Prepare sales and revenue documentation for head-office reporting.
- Monitor customer-service standards and staff performance and resolve customer complaints.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, train, motivate, and engage store employees.
