Role Overview
The Assistant Store Manager supports daily operations, team performance, customer service, and business results.
The role works closely with associates and serves as the Store Manager's point of contact during the manager's absence.
Responsibilities
- Support shift scheduling and maintain adequate staffing levels.
- Supervise store activities and staff performance to drive sales.
- Communicate sales targets, initiatives, promotions, and marketing strategies to associates.
- Provide instructions, answer questions, and guide team members.
- Lead by example in customer service and operational best practices.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and onboarding.
- Support store opening and setup.
Qualifications
- Have three years of retail experience, including at least one year in store management.
- Bring passion for the Asian beauty industry and stay current with products and trends.
- Demonstrate communication, leadership, store operations, and problem-solving abilities.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Balance operational efficiency with team development.
- Be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
