About the Role
Kiokii Inc is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Square One Shopping Centre team.
The role supports day-to-day operations, team performance, staffing, customer service, and business results.
Responsibilities
- Support shift scheduling and adequate staffing levels.
- Supervise store activities and staff performance.
- Communicate sales targets, initiatives, promotions, and marketing strategies.
- Guide associates and maintain consistent operating practices.
- Lead by example in customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and onboarding.
- Cover as the primary store contact during the Store Manager's absence.
- Support store opening and setup.
