About the Role

Purpose & Impact on Organization
- Contribute to store sales and adidas profit targets by inspiring and serving consumers and executing store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively connect and engage with consumers entering the store.
- Be aware of store KPIs and contribute to store sales.
- Improve consumer experience by executing CONNECT ENGAGE INSPIRE service standards.
- Be a Brand advocate and exhibit company values.
- Use seasonal product and brand knowledge during consumer interactions.
- Communicate product features and benefits to address consumer needs.
- Guide consumers through digital touchpoints in the store.
- Process merchandise deliveries and replenish fixtures.
- Complete sales transactions quickly and accurately.
- Minimize loss in stockroom and sales floor.
- Perform store operations safely and efficiently.
- Maintain appealing store environment through visual merchandising and housekeeping.
Minimum Qualifications
- For Sales Associate: Preferably 1 2 months working in a sports/fashion retail environment.
- For Store Manager: 2 years experience as store manager/supervisor is a must.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
