About the Role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to store sales and achieve individual and team targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and enhance brand experience
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store appearance
- Process merchandise deliveries and replenish stock
- Complete sales transactions accurately and follow cash protection procedures
- Minimize loss in stockroom and sales floor
- Comply with all operational policies and procedures
Requirements
- For Sales Associate: Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in sales, especially sportswear
- For Store Manager: 2 years experience as a store manager/supervisor
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Effective communication skills
- Negotiation and persuasion skills

Purpose & Impact On Organization
- You contribute to the store sales and adidas profit targets by passionately inspiring and serving and selling to our consumers, diligently executing store operations, and contributing to a culture of consumer centricity within the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively connect and engage with consumers entering the store
- Be aware of store KPI's and contribute to store sales
- Responsible for improving the consumer experience by executing the CONNECT ENGAGE INSPIRE service standards
- Be a Brand advocate, consistently exhibiting our 6 Values
- Use seasonal product and Brand knowledge effectively during consumer interactions
- Communicate product features and benefits, and unique selling points clearly to address consumer needs
- Connect our Consumers to relevant digital & omnichannel tools to provide a seamless shopping experience
- Be aware of all omnichannel related sales tools
- Guide our Consumers through the digital touchpoints in the store
- Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures
- Complete sales transactions quickly and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures
- Uses selling expertise to maximize opportunities at the cash desk to create add on sales and build customer loyalty
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably between 1 2 months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment.
- For Store Managers, 2 years experience as a store manager/supervisor is a must
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
